Learn to Crochet!
Crochet Gif Tutorials: Crocheting into the ChainPatterns will always instruct you to chain at least one more chain than the number of stitches your project will be wide. The extra chains act as a sort of ‘turning stitch,’ and give you the leverage to place a new stitch right on top of the previous one.
If the first row of stitches after the chain are going to be single crochet stitches (scs), you’ll crochet one extra chain. If they are going to be double crochet stitches (dcs), you’ll need to make two, because dcs are taller and you’ll need more space. A pattern will always tell you what to do!

Pretty Little City Cross Stitch Patterns | Satsuma Street
I was so excited when I came across Satsuma Street. Her cross stitch patterns are so amazing, and I check back regularly to see if she has new patterns! I am currently working on these Pretty Little City patterns - the Paris one right now, then London and then the Russian one - they are going to look amazing framed as a set!
